Research


My research interest is in understanding how on-demand service platforms (e.g., ridesharing, food/grocery/courier delivery platforms) can be designed considering worker and customer behavior to improve platforms' operational outcomes and worker welfare.

Topics: On-demand service platform operations, Information-sharing and transparency, Sustainability/social responsibility in operations, People-centric operations, Future of work, Behavioral operations.

Methodologies: Game-theory, laboratory, online, and field experiments.
